At Aurelia Energy, we are committed to providing high-quality products and personalised services. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Crystal Products (Physical Items)

Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • Be returned in its original packaging, including any accessories or information cards.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personalised or custom-made crystal products.

  • Crystal recommendations prepared specifically for you.

  • Gift cards or digital products.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care.

  • Items returned without their original packaging.

  • Products showing signs of wear or use.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photographs of the product.

  • Photographs of the packaging.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning products unless the return is due to:

  • A damaged item.

  • An incorrect item sent by Aurelia Energy.

We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service, as we cannot be responsible for products lost during return transit.

Refund Processing

Once your returned product has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.

Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Consultation Services (Digital Services)

Due to the personalised nature of astrology, numerology, tarot, Vastu, and crystal consultation services, consultation fees are generally non-refundable.

However:

  • Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability.

  • If Aurelia Energy needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you may choose a new appointment time or request a full refund.

  • Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are not eligible for a refund.

Personalised Crystal Recommendations

Personalised crystal recommendation services involve time and individual assessment. Once your recommendation has been prepared or delivered, the service is considered complete and is non-refundable.

If you believe there has been an error with your recommendation, please contact us, and we will be happy to review your request.

Order Cancellation

Physical product orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined above.

Consultation bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled according to the consultation policy described above.
